Cancel a contract

You can cancel any contract you hold with ProFuturesTrading on this page. You do not need to sign in, and you do not need to give a reason for an ordinary cancellation.

This page is the confirmation page pursuant to § 312k of the German Civil Code (BGB). Fill in the details below so we can identify your contract, then use the button at the end. We will confirm your cancellation in text form and tell you the date on which your contract ends.

You are of course free to cancel by other means, for example by email to insider@profuturestrading.de or by post to ProFuturesTrading.de · Phil Wasmuth, c/o Online-Impressum #8862, Europaring 90, 53757 Sankt Augustin, Germany. Using this form does not take any other right away from you.

You can also cancel by simply writing to insider@profuturestrading.de. This form is the faster route, not the only one.

What happens next

Your declaration is recorded with a reference number, the date and the time. You receive that record on screen immediately and can save or print it. We then confirm in text form by email, stating the content of your cancellation and the point in time at which the contract ends.

Cancelling a contract does not by itself delete your account or your data. If you also want your account removed, see the Privacy Policy; invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax and commercial law requires.

Your statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts is separate from this page and remains unaffected. It is described in section 6 of our Terms.
